Season 7
Is set 65 days after the end of Redemption. It begins at 8:00 a.m. Jack is assisted by the FBI and covert operatives when the firewall for America's federal computer infrastructure is breached by the same people responsible for a conflict in Sangala. Jack must uncover who is corrupted within President Taylor's administration, which has allowed for the Sangalans to raid the White House and capture Taylor. She is later blackmailed by a fictional private military company in an attempt to release biological weapons on U.S. soil. Jack must thwart these attacks so the conspirators will fail to cement their power at a government level.

Season 7 opens with Jack Bauer on trial in Washington, D.C., and the return of Tony Almeida, who is involved in a national-security breach. New president Allison Taylor must deal with the threat without CTU, which has been disbanded.

Tony Almeida returns and is involved in a national-security breach.

Day 7: 10:00 A.M. - 11:00 A.M.
Col. Dubaku orders President Taylor to withdraw U.S. troops from Sangala, threatening to use the CIP module if she does not.

Day 7: 11:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M.
President Taylor mistrusts Jack and Tony, and charges Larry and the FBI with finding them. Meanwhile, Jack and Tony try to get to Dubaku through Emerson.

Day 7: 12:00 P.M. - 1:00 P.M.
Jack Bauer works with the FBI and President Taylor as the terror threat escalates, and the First Gentleman pursues his own agenda.

Day 7: 1:00 P.M. - 2:00 P.M.
Dubaku has President Taylor between a rock and a hard place as she must decide if she should negotiate to avoid a terrorist attack. Meanwhile, Taylor's husband continues to pursue his own agenda, and Jack has a bold plan to shield the country.

Day 7: 2:00 P.M. - 3:00 P.M.
The Sangala standoff continues, and Dubaku threatens another high-value target with the CIP module. The entire security community scrambles to identify the target, and Jack, Chloe, Tony, Renee and Bill follow leads. Meanwhile, FBI agent Janis Gold (Janeane Garofalo) brings a touch of paranoia to her job.

Day 7: 3:00 P.M. - 4:00 P.M.
President Taylor and her administration continue to oppose the Juma regime in Sangala, in spite of recent terror attacks. Then Dubaku ratchets up the tension when he threatens the first family.

Day 7: 4:00 P.M. - 5:00 P.M.
The first family, including daughter Olivia (Sprague Grayden), face painful circumstances; Chloe has words with Janis Gold; and Jack and Agent Walker track leads, trying to prevent another terror attack.

Day 7: 5:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M.
Jack and Renee Walker pursue Dubaku through the streets of Washington, D.C., with a little cyber help from Chloe. Meanwhile, the first family and the FBI are left reeling from incidents involving turncoat agents.

Day 7: 6:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M.
Jack interrogates a senator's chief of staff at the White House.

Day 7: 7:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M.
General Juma launches a direct attack on the White House, endangering Jack, Bill Buchanan and the president's daughter.

Day 7: 8:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M.
General Juma takes over Dubaku's attacks on America, and Jack tries to prevent a high-impact terror threat in the U.S.

Day 7: 9:00 P.M. - 10:00 P.M.
Renee Walker receives key information once again, and Jack gets results from a meeting with his adversary, Sen. Blaine Mayer. Janis Gold and Larry Moss must deal with Morris O'Brian, while Moss tries to track Jack and Chloe faces charges of collusion.

Day 7: 10:00 P.M. - 11:00 P.M.
The FBI ramps up its search for Jack when he's blamed for Sen. Mayer's death. Meanwhile, Jack and Tony hunt for a bioweapon at a shipyard, and Olivia Taylor's ambitious political decisions prompt calls for changes in her mother's administration.

Day 7: 11:00 P.M. - 12:00 A.M.
The FBI collaborates with other agencies as theories linking Starkwood and Sangala begin to emerge and thousands of lives are placed in jeopardy.

Day 7: 12:00 A.M. - 1:00 A.M.
Jack and the FBI work on a strategy to ward off further terror attacks, but a surprising turn of events occurs when the politics of the administration unfold beyond the White House.

Day 7: 1:00 A.M. - 2:00 A.M.
Tony Almeida operates in the field as Hodges and Starkwood plan their attack with a biological weapon. Meanwhile, Jack's daughter, Kim (Elisha Cuthbert), returns, and Taylor's administration faces a blackmail attempt.

Day 7: 2:00 A.M. - 3:00 A.M.
Jack's pain from the pathogen significantly increases, but he's determined to endure it. Meanwhile, the FBI investigates some lethal developments.

Day 7: 3:00 A.M. - 4:00 A.M.
The pathogen crisis continues, and Jack Bauer interrogates a key suspect.

Day 7: 4:00 A.M. - 5:00 A.M.
The pathogen is still in dangerous hands, and the White House is divided. Meanwhile, Chloe gets emotional as conditions decline.

Day 7: 5:00 A.M. - 6:00 A.M.
Jack's daughter, Kim, is in harm's way, and the continuing terror threat fuels the rivalry between Chloe and Janis.

Day 7: 6:00 A.M. - 7:00 A.M.
Cara orders Jack to rescue Tony. Meanwhile, Kim's trailed by an operative at the airport.

Day 7: 7:00 A.M. - 8:00 A.M.
In the final hour of Season 7, Jack and Renee see that Tony's actions may not have been totally treacherous but aimed at destroying a greater evil. Meanwhile, President Taylor must choose between justice and family.
