As the NTT INDYCAR SERIES gets set for race one of the 2024 season on the sunny streets of St. Pete, the competition for podiums is fiercer than ever. Indy 500 champion Josef Newgarden is back with a fresh outlook but the same winner's edge, aiming to start the year with a victory before setting his sights fully on "The Greatest Spectacle in Racing." Last year's Indy 500 runner-up, Marcus Ericsson, starts anew with Andretti Autosport, hoping for quick results and the chance at redemption in May.

Scott Dixon may be a veteran but he still wants another 500 win under his belt to help cement his legacy as the best to ever do it. One racer is driving to save his career, the other is trying to define his.
