Mama's Getting Granite
Jennifer rehabs her historic home. It's a $55K project, but Jennifer's goal is to do enough of the work herself to upgrade her granite. By knocking down walls, exposing brick and cleaning trim, Jennifer hopes to earn 10 Grand.

Young doctors, Jen and Jake, say their blue bathroom needs an update. They gut the room to make way for new tile, a new vanity and some eco-friendly paint. Their goal is 10 Grand, but can they find time to finish the work?

The New Addition
Zach and Leighann plan an addition to make room for their growing family. They tear down a porch, lay bamboo floor and set all their fixtures to try to save 10 Grand.

New Bathroom and Closets
Bob and Amy want an updated bathroom and a closet makeover, and they don't want to pay a lot. They set out to demo the room, lay the tile and put in a new closet system. Is it enough to save 10 Grand?

A Warm & Welcoming Kitchen
Mel and Kerri update their old kitchen. By getting rid of a drop ceiling, installing heat floor mats and new tile and installing their own cabinets, they save big but run into many problems along the way.

Scott and Deanna refinish their basement on a budget. They put their skills to the test framing, hanging drywall, laying tile and hanging doors and trim. See how much they save as they act as their own GC.

Construction Nightmare
Dave and Jess hire a contractor to rehab an old building. The work is questionable. Host, John DeSilvia, helps the homeowners pull themselves out of a mess and fix some critical mistakes.

Dain is a pioneer rehabber in a very old neighborhood. He's working inside and out on his historic home, exposing brick, putting up a new fence and painting all while waiting for his loan to come through.
