BiographyBen Garrod (born 29 January 1982) is an English evolutionary biologist and primatologist known for his work on great ape conservation. He is also an author and television presenter who regularly appears as a science presenter on BBC programmes. Garrod has been a Professor of Evolutionary Biology and Science Engagement at the University of East Anglia since 2019.
