BiographyRoss Shor Lynch (born December 29, 1995) is an American singer and actor. He first gained recognition in the early 2010s for his work as lead vocalist of the pop rock band R5 alongside his siblings, and had his breakthrough playing Austin Moon on the Disney Channel musical comedy series Austin & Ally (2011–2016). During this period, he also starred in the network's musical fantasy films Teen Beach Movie (2013) and Teen Beach 2 (2015). Through his work on Disney Channel, Lynch contributed singles to four US Billboard top 100 soundtrack albums, with the Teen Beach soundtracks both reaching the top 10 in the US. He also had his first, and to date only US Billboard Hot 100 release with the single "Cruisin' for a Bruisin'" for Teen Beach Movie.

In 2017, Lynch garnered acclaim for his portrayal of a teenaged Jeffrey Dahmer in the biographical film My Friend Dahmer. From 2018 to 2020, he starred as Harvey Kinkle in the Netflix supernatural horror series Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. In 2018, after the dissolution of R5, Lynch and his brother Rocky formed the alt rock duo the Driver Era. Their music has received critical acclaim, particularly their singles "Rumors" (2023), "Get Off My Phone" (2024), "Don't Walk Away" (2024), and "Touch" (2024).

Known for his alternative music style, Lynch's discography includes a number of collaborations, having co-produced nine US Billboard 200 albums and performed one US Billboard Hot 100 single. Among his achievements, Lynch has four Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards, two Teen Choice Awards, and a Radio Disney Music Award.
