BiographyTara Rosling (born November 16, 1970 in Vancouver, British Columbia) is a Canadian film and theater actress. Rosling grew up in Vancouver and studied acting at York University in Toronto. From 1993, she appeared mostly in supporting roles in several cinema and television films as well as in guest roles in television series. In 2000, she played a leading role in the short-lived sitcom 'The War Next Door'. This was later followed by recurring supporting roles in the science fiction series 'Impule' (2018-2019) and 'Star Trek: Discovery' (2020-2024). She is also active as a theater actress and has appeared in numerous performances at the 'Stratford Festival' in Stratford, Ontario and the 'Shaw Festival' in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Rosling lives in Niagara-on-the-Lake. She is married and has one daughter.
