Winter

Julia Bradbury and Matt Allwright follow the paramedics of the Scottish Ambulance Service as they deal with new year and the country's biggest street party, the RAF search and rescue teams as they work in the most remote wilderness in Britain, and the teams who keep the roads moving through the cold and darkness.
Spring

Matt Allwright and Julia Bradbury go behind the scenes at the largest trauma centre in the Midlands as the team field the rise of sporting injuries in spring. Plus a report on the team at the largest blood processing facility in the world and the volunteer blood bikers keeping the NHS supplied with almost a million litres of blood. As the MET police launch their Spring offensive we're behind the scenes of the custody suite.
Summer
The series following the everyday heroes who keep Britain safe goes behind the scenes with the safety teams at the world's busiest runway and the world's busiest shipping lane as they are overrun by holidaymakers.
As festival tented villages the size of towns pop up all over the country, police try to control the crowds.
Plus, when the party's over in Notting Hill, the country's biggest street carnival, an army of workers are left to clean up the mess.

Guy's Grocery Games
In each episode of Guy's Grocery Games, four talented chefs compete in a number of challenges as they navigate their way through the aisles of a grocery store, adhering to "real-world" obstacles. Whether it is shopping on a budget, substituting out-of-stock ingredients or grabbing groceries at closing time, each chef has to shop, prepare, and plate three different dishes using whatever they can pull off the shelves. Ultimately, the food does the talking, as one-by-one the losing chefs "check out," by a rotating panel of judges that includes Melissa d'Arabian, Richard Blais, G. Garvin, Troy Johnson, Catherine McCord, Aarti Sequeira, among others. The last chef standing goes on a shopping spree of a lifetime worth up to $20,000!
