Episodes

Baking Mashups
Four entrepreneurial bakers battle it out with innovative spins on muffins, cupcakes, doughnuts and bagels to win the ultimate prize. It all comes down to two signature dishes that are groundbreaking hybrids, leaving Buddy Valastro to decide between a more marketable mashup and something that's literally outside of the box.

Pie in the Sky
Four bakers bring their lofty dreams to the bakery as they try to bake themselves into the stratosphere. One competitor has a creative spin on an Italian favorite while another draws on French inspiration with a rustic macaron. Buddy Valastro is then left having to decide if it's a savory dessert or a pie that should be available to all of America.

Salty, Sweet and Savory
Bakery owners come to Carlo's Bakery to show Buddy Valastro their signature dishes including a Chocolate-Cinnamon-Pecan Roll, Salty Sweet Pretzel Bark, a Fancy Almond Cake and a Savory Meat Pie. The difficult obstacles lead to the nail-biting final moments of the competition where one baker is forced to change their recipe on the fly and another has a full-on machine meltdown. In the end, Buddy and his advisors are left with making the difficult decision of whose signature dish was best.

A Star Is Baked
Tiramisu, stuffed chocolate cake, a southern staple and a Hungarian delicacy await Buddy Valastro and his advisors as they continue their search for the next nationally sold baked good. Size really does matter as these bakers consider changing the portion of their desserts for mass production. Such drastic changes, however, may force production to come to a screeching halt.
